games ("Games") available on Steam,
GOG, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store. By accessing or using our Games,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of

1. AccountCreation and Use

2.Intellectual Property

2.1Ownership: Tennis Manager Games, including all content, graphics, designs, and
trademarks, are the intellectual property of Rebound Capital Games. You agree
not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our
Games or any part thereof without our prior written consent.

2.2 User-GeneratedContent: In certain cases, our Games may allow you to create or submit
user-generated content ("UGC"). By creating or submitting UGC, you
grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, distribute, and display the UGC for the purposes of operating
and promoting our Games.

2.3Third-Party Content: Our Games may include third-party content, such as
advertisements or links to external websites. We are not responsible for the
accuracy, legality, or safety of such third-party content. Your interaction
with any third-party content is at your own risk.

3. In-GamePurchases and Virtual Items

3.1 VirtualItems: Our Games may offer virtual currency, in-game items, or other virtual
goods ("Virtual Items") for purchase. You agree that Virtual Items
have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for legal currency or other
items outside of our Games.

3.2Purchases: When making in-game purchases, you agree to provide accurate billing
and payment information. You authorize us or our third-party payment processors
to charge your designated payment method for the applicable purchase amount.

3.3Refunds: All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required
by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

3.4 Pricingand Availability: We reserve the right to change the prices, availability, or
description of Virtual Items at any time without prior notice.

4. UserConduct

4.1 Code ofConduct: You agree to comply with our code of conduct while using our Games.
You must not engage in any behavior that is abusive, offensive, discriminatory,
or violates the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to
harassment, hate speech, or cheating.

4.2Reporting: If you encounter any user who violates these Terms or engages in
inappropriate behavior, please report them to us immediately. We will
investigate and take appropriate action at our discretion.

5.Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 OurGames are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee
that our Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other
harmful components.

5.2 Youacknowledge that you use our Games at your own risk. We shall not be liable for
any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Games or any
inability to access or use our Games.

6.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 TheseTerms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

6.2 Anydisputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
